Guidance From Indigenous Wisdom

In 2012, while in Lima, Maria was searching for indigenous connection within her own bloodline) and met Elba Bravo who has since then become a beloved and valued teacher. On that day in 2012, Elba offered guidance, reading from The Oracle of Chaupin, created in 2006 by Mario Osorio Olazábal. After many years of study and life experience, Maria now offers wisdom through the symbols of this ancestral Andean society, influenced by the culture of the Chavin de Huantar temple in the highlands of Peru. 

This temple, built over 3,000 years ago, (Pre-Inca) was akin to a retreat center where travelers would visit to receive healing and enrichment through the 40,000 year-old wisdom of the people of the land. This site was intentionally built at a peak, dividing the eastern and western ranges of the Andes, 10,000 feet above sea level and at the confluence of two rivers. 

The highest levels of priests were women and their wisdom was based on connection with the frequencies of animals, plants, of the earth, and through the way of Hummingbird, who tenderly seeks sweetness within the center of the flower. The Chaupin Oracle reveals the sweet centers of our own center.

Arranged into 42 symbols, Maria is authorized to offer 30-minute, single-card consultations for those seeking ancient indigenous wisdom and guidance for the sometimes complex concerns of our modern lives.
